What To Expect
The primary goal of your first visit is to determine whether we can help you. If we can, then the second goal is to find out how we can help you. During this visit, we'll take the time to understand your symptoms and your health goals. We will then perform a thorough physical exam to pinpoint the root cause of your problem. The better we can define the problem, the better we can help you. We also have access to digitial X-rays if you require them. At the end of your first visit, we'll book your 2nd visit which is where we'll discuss your results in detail and explore the best plan going forwards to bring your health to the next level. If we can help, then we normally start treatment on this second visit.
What's Included In The New Patient Consultation (1st Visit)?
- Thorough health history
- Posture / structural photo analysis
- Gait, balance & coordination tests
- Movement tests
- Full spinal analysis (5 step process incl. nerve scans)
- Comprehensive muscle testing and reflexes
- Neurological testing when needed (incl. cranial nerve tests)
- Recommendations of any necessary imaging will be explained at the end of this first visit
What's Included In The Results (2nd Visit)?(Included in Initial Fee)
- In-depth explanation of your results
- Discuss the best tailored plan to achieve best results
- Opportunity to ask questions
- Receive your first Chiropractic adjustment also on this visit but not included in this price (This will be discussed with you at this visit)
How To Prepare For Your First Visit
To help us better understand what's going on with your health, you will need to do the following in preparation of your first visit:
- Complete the lifestyle questionnaire and consent form, which will be sent to you via email upon booking
- Bring with you a pair of loose shorts for the exam (if you don't have any, don't worry we can provide you with a pair)
- Bring any imaging (including x-rays & MRIs) you have if possible
